Problem
Zero-balance accounts (introduced in NEP-448) effectively can store up to 770 bytes without the need for storage staking.
The wallet displays these accounts as having a negative "Reserved for transactions" balance.

Expected Behavior
It doesn't make sense for an account to have a negative balance. The wallet should handle zero-balance accounts correctly.
Steps to reproduce
This account currently has a negative balance listed.
