There should be a full CI\CD (TravisCI based most likely) that autopushes the SDK to the PyPi whenever an update is made to the Repo.

this should only happen after the unit tests pass - the thing preventing them from running in an automated fashion is that they require a running nebula manager to try on so that will need to be resolved as well

From now on the SDK will be pushed to pypi after every successful run of the unit tests assuming the version in the setup.py hasn't been pushed before.
