Requirements to get LSP available to be installed via CocInstall command

I have written an LSP for Device tree (https://github.com/kylebonnici/dts-lsp) and would like to know what is needed to get it:

1. In page listed in page of LSP (https://github.com/neoclide/coc.nvim/wiki/Language-servers)
2. Available to be installed using the CocInstall Command

1. the Wiki page is open to edit, you can add configuration by yourself
2. CocInstall is used to install an extension, which is not a must-have to use language server with coc.nvim. You can create an extension and publish it to npmjs.com to install it with CocInstall.
