Staging - pageserver 2 - eu east2 , tenant 8c9520708d8cce74f072a867f141c1b9 has 1.5TB data while it should be 400GB

I don't think this is directly actionable. We will get there with the planned gc and compaction fixes, #3597 for one.

Causes for "keeps growing" include postgres doing autovacuum or other maintenance, which on this kind of large database with aborted import, then import would cover a lot of tuples. Inclined to close this in favor of #2948.
