Those switches do not appear in the switch test menu, because they are installed on an auxiliary driver board.

pinmame defines those switches:

#define swIdolPos1	CORE_CUSTSWNO(1,1)
#define swIdolPos2	CORE_CUSTSWNO(1,2)
#define swIdolPos3	CORE_CUSTSWNO(1,3)
#define swLL_PoA	CORE_CUSTSWNO(1,4)
#define swRL_PoA	CORE_CUSTSWNO(1,5)
