We will be using Material UI as a base component library.

** Acceptance Criteria **

Follow the getting started guide and add it to the project: http://material-ui.com/
Add an app toolbar on the Home page(https://github.com/nepalcodes/unitednepali/blob/master/packages/client/src/components/Home.jsx) to demonstrate that it is working
