Incorrect Balance

Hello, I have not logged in for a while and therefore am having difficulty in reconciling my balance. My records indicate having 100K CKB. I even see that on the incoming transactions. I do not see anything going out on the sent tab, but my balance shows 101.999. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks. s

Has your Neuron synced to the tip block (14,669,610 at the moment)

Balance keeps updating until Neuron reaches the tip block.

While you can try Settings => Data => Clear Cashe for reconciliation if Neuron has reached the tip block number

If the clear cache doesn't help, please upload the debug information here so we check why the balance is not up to date.

The debug information can be exported as a zip file by Menu => Help => Export debug information and uploaded by drag&drop it into the chatbox.
