Final horizontal scrolling correction. #2394

Now that #2393 fixed the horizontal scrolling with trackpad (and mouse wheel horizontal movement), I think the SHIFT+mouse wheel vertical movement is inverted.
The minus sign should be remove line 3125 of code.c

Then that horizontal scrolling issue will finally be over ^^
