Error producing PDF.
This is pdfTeX, Version 3.14159265-2.6-1.40.21 (TeX Live 2020/Arch Linux) (preloaded format=pdflatex)
I can't find the format file `pdflatex.fmt'!

Fix: add texmf to the private-etc line. My ~/.config/firejail/pandoc.local:

private-etc alternatives,texlive,texmf
