Unfortunately Ubuntu has chosen not to release the PXE network based installers for 20.10. The network installer has always been ideal for a minimal bandwidth install and to stream the packages you need and has typically been more efficient than the larger installer. If you need to install Ubuntu 20.10, you should be able to leverage the Live CD installs to do so via netboot.xyz. Changes have been rolled out to utilize the Subiquity installers for 20.04 LTS and 20.10. Upstream also moved the 20.04 LTS PXE installers to legacy state as well. This means if you are utilizing preseeds based on Debian Installer, you'll need to switch to the new autoinstall format: https://ubuntu.com/server/docs/install/autoinstall-reference |
