NOT-Filters in the 4.0 GraphQL API

In netbox 3.7, it was for example possible to filter for all devices that are not planned like this:

  device_list(status__n: "planned") {
    name
    status
  }
}

But since the __n has been removed in 4.0 and NOT-Filters are introduced, I expect the query for 4.0 to look like this:

{
  device_list(filters: {NOT: {status: "planned"}}) {
    name
    status
  }
}

But this query only returns planned devices for some reason and not as requested all devices, except planned devices.

So do I get something wrong with the new NOT-Filters or are they kinda bugged?
