Steps to Reproduce

Create a device type
Set device type 'weight' to a value
Set device type 'weight unit' to 'pounds'
Create a new device based on the device type

Expected Behavior

Device weight should match the weight unit from device type

Observed Behavior

Device weight unit defaults to kilograms
