Fix whitespace problems picked up by linter

Justification

black is picking up small errors that appear to be blocking merge workflows

I also removed NetBox 3.3 from the test matrix, which enabled the tests to begin passing again. Thanks for @markkuleinio for pointing out this fact in the run-up to the 7.3.3 release.
