[Feat]: Node Search #1040

Problem

There is no way in Netdata Cloud to search for a node other than using the ability to search in the browser.

Description

A box to allow a user to search for a node at least by the name displayed in the nodes tab.

Importance

nice to have

Value proposition

Simplify finding the correct node

Proposed implementation

Data is already there, just needs a box to allow the search.
