Bug description

netdata complaining about old agent version but agent is up 2 date.

Expected behavior

do not complain if agent version i current

Steps to reproduce

see hint about old agent in dashboard
update agent (we are using a parent node, which is also up2date)
wait a long time, check and check everything
still complaints in the dashboard
