Bug description

The functionality to enable&disable nodes to monitor is no longer available in community edition. Previously there was a useful switch in the nodes configuration page.

Expected behavior

Switch in nodes configuration to enable/disable monitored nodes.

Steps to reproduce

1.Goto to nodes configuration
2. Look for switch
