Problem

With v1 of the netdata UI I had created a custom dashboard where all gauges / circles / values always been live values, while several timeseries showed the last several days.

This was a great feature for me since I usually look at a 2 or 7 day timeframe and also want to see the live data with the gauges / circles / ...

Now with the (upcoming) shift to new netdata v3 UI / netdata cloud I will not be able to have this functionality anymore.

Whenever I select a timeframe of e.g. day or more, all gauges, circles, values, ... stand still (they will only update every 362 seconds in case 1 day timeframe is selected)

Description

Maybe you can change the standard behavior of gauges / circles / values to always use live data?
They look kind of useless (to me) when they only updating every 6 minutes.

Another option would be to allow the user to select "time aggregation" or "live" for every control (this still would make it a huge effort for me to configure all the elements, but at least I could create a custom dashboard which brings back the old functionality)

Importance

really want

Value proposition

Standing still gauges look broken.
Value for customers would be to recognize netdata as a fast, always updating solution for monitoring ;-)
