[Feat]: add some "related charts" to the alert tab

Problem

I see an alert tab like this:

I think Netdata could do a little more and show me the handful of most obvious next or related charts in cases where that is possible for an alert.

For example here i'm obviously going to look at apps.mem and users.mem next, so why not expose it and any other "related charts" somewhere on the alert tab itself to save me some hassle.

Description

Add some expandable/collapsible "related charts" section to the alert tab (or even just append them to the bottom of the alert tab page).
