Bug description

I think this should be more like 16% and not 0.16% - it seems like might have been a regression on the FE or somewhere, i am not seeing big anomaly rates when expected.

Expected behavior

When i do something anomalous i should be seeing node anomaly rates well above 1% etc for some reason i am having trouble doing this.

  1. try use anomaly rates

hmm - maybe false alarm as i can see some nodes in demo room with >1% AR.

tested this myself - was indeed a false alarm on my end - all good.
