[Feat]: On active alert information it would useful to surface the chart label values relative to the alert instance

Problem

When looking to the details of an active alert, either on the UI or on alert notification, we only see chart label values when these are used on the summary or info fields.

Description

It would be helpful to the user to have as additional details when an alert is triggered what were the chart label values that were considered for this.
This should be added (TBC):

• Netdata Cloud UI - alert side drawer and alert landing apge
• Email notifications
• Others ?

1. Users would easily be able to understand the instance that was impacted on that alert
