WJE_IGNORE_CASE not working for conditions separated with ; #102

If the flag is set on a WJEAction, it is not used by the following WJEGet call in search.c:

static int WJECheckCondition(WJElement e, char **condition, WJEAction action)
{
....
if (';' == *cond) {
if (WJEGet(e, value, NULL)) {
if (condition) *condition = NULL;
