[BUG] Bug in plotting fsLR 4k surface

Issue summary

Vertices are resampled incorrectly when plotting fsLR 4k right hemisphere, likely because the right surface doesn't properly mirror the left surface. I think this is actually a problem in nilearn.plotting.plot_surf. Not sure why the bug doesn't show up when plotting fsLR 32k. Will try to fix 🤓
