Description

There is an NSM client that is used to generate DNS server address for vl3 NSE. It doesn't have heal client so if one of forwarders dies and refresh client makes a request with the old forwarder in the path nsmgr fails to process this request and returns errors.

It can lead to deletion of DNS address for vl3 endpoint

Solution

Add a heal client to NSM client that allocates DNS address
