There is currently an issue with ZIP compression and subdirectories. The ZIP compressor is not preserving partial directory paths and only the file names are being stored in the archive. This leads to subindexes not being saved correctly as ZIP files.

This should be updated to properly add relative paths to archive entries, when necessary.
