Update Status Section in Admin Bar

Move the admin bar status component into this module.

The coming soon status is in this module now, but is overridden by the ecommerce module. That component should live in this module since it is tightly coupled with coming soon functionality. The styling/structure should be updated to what is in the ecommerce module so that they are visually consistent.

This will improve consistency across the brand plugins so the test can be moved to the module level. As of now, the admin bar status is implemented differently when the ecommerce module is added compared to when it is not.
