Description

Github Actions is removing support to Ubuntu 20.04 on April 1st, 2025.

Our workflows run on that OS, so we need to migrate before that date.

Acceptance Criteria

Workflows use ubuntu-24.04 (if not possible, ubuntu-22.04).
