Summary

The version of libxml in nrlamp needs to be upgraded. This ticket is part of issue #32.

Desired Behavior

  • The version of libxml installed by nrlamp is version 2.9.0 or later.
  • PHP 5.2 and PHP 5.3 are removed from our jenkins jobs (see below for why this is included in this ticket).

Pre-reqs and dependencies

  • All of our jenkins jobs are will need to be updated to remove at least PHP 5.2 since it will not build with libxml 2.9.0+.
  • Since both 5.2 and 5.3 are now EOL, we might as well remove PHP 5.3 as part of this ticket.
