Email is not displayed correctly

Hello, I have the problem that the emails that are sent do not contain any images from the standard template. The language is also not adjusted. Is there a way to create an email template for sending from the announcement center?
I use the German translation

Steps to reproduce

1. Create announcement
2. Tick send as Email

Expected behaviour

Nextcloud or own logo is displayed as in test email.
No reply message is translated

Actual behaviour

The no image found icon is displayed. Footer is not translated

Server configuration

Operating system:

Web server: Ubuntu 22.4 + Plesk

Database:

PHP version: 8.1.2

Nextcloud version: 26.0.0.1
