Bug description

Running into the following error when upgrading from 30.0.2:

Exception: Database error when running migration 5000Date20241120135411 for app app_api
An exception occurred while executing a query: SQLSTATE[42804]: Datatype mismatch: 7 ERROR:  argument of WHERE must be type boolean, not type integer
LINE 1: ...LECT "id", "deploy_config" FROM "oc_ex_apps_daemons" WHERE 1
                                                                      ^

Any idea to complete this upgrade by hand?

Just got the same error: Upgrade Nextcloud 30.0.2 to 30.0.3rc1. Postgresql database!

The fix is posted on the nextcloud forums.

Surprised they haven’t updated/pulled this release though.
