Allow picking the version to deploy

Thanks to this mistake: nextcloud/stt_whisper2#12 (comment) I'm not able to deploy stt_whisper2 as I can't choose a version to deploy when I want to deploy an exapp.

If the UI allowed me to pick a version that would be great.

Since ExApps can be installed via App Store like any "regular" app, I guess this is rather a feature request for the built-in settings app. I think if the app store in Nextcloud allows to pick a particular app version, ExApps would automatically benefit from this feature.
