Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

With nextcloud/server#27466 the dav back-end got a front-end component to set the availability (working hours) of a user. You can see the availability when open the free/busy modal but not in the default day/week/month views

Describe the solution you'd like

Show anything unavailable as a subtle background color in those views, possibly with the help of https://fullcalendar.io/docs/background-events.

We can query the data from the scheduling inbox

Describe alternatives you've considered

#2713 is possibly an earlier request for this.
