Adding text chat on each circle page

I believe adding a text chat per circle is the natural evolution of this app.

It could be in the same form as a social media feed (a main feed and a per-item comment feed) or in a more simple way (a main comment feed).

IMO this is a critical feature of Circles. Groups lack proper discretion that some communities require. E.g. with Spreed/Talk's current implementation it is possible for a user who is not a member of a group to invite it to a new chat room where it can view it's membership. Also, Spreed's (I think) lead dev does not seem intent to support Circles in future.

I wouldn't go so far as to say the dev is not interested. That integration request above was mentioned as an aside so I've re-written it as it's own feature request. In fact, I see a dev has already added this as a Nextcloud 14 milestone. 👍
