Nav Links not showing

I tried installing the MultiLanguage plugiin and now I can't see my nav links, ahoy!

I chown www-data'd the whole directory, recursively, it should show the nav links but it just shows home, it doesn't liste them in pico_edit either but it still works with the link if I type in manually
