If you right-click in Nexctcloud client for Mac, and copy a link (eg internal link), it will present it with index.php. However my installation has the adjustments as described in the doumentation for pretty Urls without index.php.
Would be nice if the client would support this optionally as well, eg by an expert switch in settings.

It would be great to have this implemented as for less technical users the fact of seeing index.php in the url could cause confusion. Moreover, having this token in the link make it harder to edit it in a Collabora Online / Libreoffice spreadsheet.
As a side note, the Talk Desktop client has the same issue, with conversation links.
