[Bug]: File Sync loop when marking them free from local space

Bug description

When click om free up local space the sync goes into a syn loop

Steps to reproduce

1. Right click on the file
2. Click on Availability
3. Free Local Space
   ...

When click om free up local space the sync goes into a syn loop

Seems like its only one specific file

When i remove it, it stops when i put it right back and mark it free from local space it goes into a loop again.

I did some more troubleshoot seem to be .txt files & .conf & .md

This is quite sure the same error as extensively described and reproduced in #4226 by pzwahlen. I can also confirm this problem with files <=4kB and I am wondering why this bug did not create more attention as many must be affected by this problem?

This was fixed on 3.7.4
