Bug description

From time to time during auto update feature a new popup is telling that the update MIGHT require a reboot.
This is an improvement with the past, but this is still confusing, if there WILL BE or NOT a reboot ...

Steps to reproduce

Enable auto-update feature.
Or force by Check for update in NextCloud settings
Wait for popup to come

Expected behavior

Popup should tell if there will BE or NOT a reboot.

If doing manual update, locking files/processes are referenced and you then know what is locking and if there really be a reboot or not.
