Update folder and files icons

desktop part is done, not so much icons are actually used locally, so I've updated only those in resources, rest is fetched from the server (activities)

As discussed with @marcoambrosini in Talk, this is what needs to be done:

• Create SVGs for the folder icons which have combined folder icon + state icon (like for sharing, external etc.)
• Collect the other filetype icons as they are now loaded via MDI and not from core/img/filetypes anymore – Some are listed by @nimishavijay for the "New" menu issue already in Better arrangement of items in "New" menu in Files server#43728
