Add an action to quarantine infected files. At the moment there is only delete or log.
If the file is in quarantine, für the admin there should be a way to restore the file to the original location.

Will admin be notified as it should be for a background job?
Also what is background scan exactly? Are all existing files being scanned? I have created one test virus before AV was enabled and it still there since more than 2 weeks without any notifications.
I open a #148 because my understanding was that all jobs are background.
