Button for Video Quality Select?

At the videojs.com Site I saw this Plugin for videojs. Is it Possible, to add this Plugin into the Nextcloud Video Player?

When I get a slow Internet Connection, I cannot play 1080p Vids. So it would be nice, if I can add this Plugin for quality select.
