REQ: admin page for users with advanced permissions to add teams

hi
i remember asking for the ability to give permissions to circles in Group folders a couple of years ago
especially as we do not activate 'allow sharing with groups'

we were expecting this feature so an advanced-permission user could give specific permissions to specific users
AND to teams that the advanced user was part of or managed

as advanced-permission user is not going to be given admin permissions on ALL Group folders
as advanced-permission user doesn't have a Group folder admin page in their setting menu that would be showing the groups he has advanced permissions on to add teams there
= this advanced-permission user can't use teams

our groups manage their users and teams
super-admins are not part of users' groups so teams are not visible to them nor manageable
= this evolution is alas not in use in our instance as we were expecting it

we are still hoping for an evolution in this direction though (admin page for advanced-permission users to manage teams without admin permissions)
