Black background color for OLED screens

The current dark theme uses a gray color for the article list background color. OLED screens produce black pixels by shutting down the led entirely, which saves energy. It would be cool to modify the Dark theme/create a new theme with pitch back background color for the article list. The left menu is fine in gray, though.

The theme choice seems to be a binary choice, so it may not be trivial.

It's been implemented in version 0.9.9.13. You can change the theme in the settings.

I tried it with the last f-droid version, there is only the dark and light theme. Was it released?

There are some weird translation issues. You'll need to set the language to english in order to use the new theme. Other languages will be added in future versions. More information can be found here: #618
