Option to turn off floating menu

It kind of gets in the way, and its options are already in the kebab menu.

Turn off or moving all options from top bar to this new floating menu. Both aren't required

I prefer the kebab menu to the floating menu, personally.

Thanks for the input. I agree that having both is somewhat redundant. I'll add an option to either use the floating menu or the kebab menu.
