The menu is badly visualized in the NextCloud versions 28+

System Information

• News app version: 24.0.0
• Nextcloud version: 28.0.3 but fail is in all versions 28.+
• Cron type: (system cron/python updater/...) : cron system linux
• PHP version: 8.2
• Database and version: mysql Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.5.19-MariaDB,
• Browser and version: Firefox, crhome, ..., all versions
• OS and version: Debian bookworm on server, all on client

D'ont report error logs, only fail css menu.
