using notes as a diary app each change will reset the timestamp to today
so no diary is possible when you add something to a day at a later time

editable timestamp or a keep timestamp box heartly appreciated

maybe add a box to tick to category
when ticked, note will not change timestamp if in category "diary"

really missing as there is currently no diary app on nextcloud including images journal on iphone is simply just local and lost when you lose your iphone

This is sourly needed. I am wanting to move away from Evernote to something like Nextcloud notes as Evernote is getting worse and worse.

But support for timestamps are not great unless one adds dates in manually and lack of support for such metadata has been an open issue since 2018

Closest I can do is add timestamps for the date I make the note, but is a bit cumbersome.
