There are some breaking changes in Nextcloud 25, see nextcloud/server#32060 . This is a meta issue for things that have to be fixed:

SCSS removed (see https://help.nextcloud.com/t/scss-support-dropped-with-nextcloud-25/141471) => remove SCSS #927
- broken icons (see [stable25] New theming, how to make your app compatible server#32060) in app navigation, dashboard
move the christophwurst/nextcloud composer package to nextcloud/ocp => update dependencies #926
update @nextcloud/vue to v7 => Compatibility with Nextcloud 25 #928
- Edit mode: checkbox style
- Preview mode: checkbox position
- Dashboard: fix empty content style
- cannot scroll (issue Cannot scroll in Nextcloud 25 #920)

optional:

implement extended dashboard API => [wip] implement client dashboard api for notes #908
