Configure Standard-View for mobile

Describe the goal you'd like to achieve

As a poll owner, I want to be able to configure the standard-view for mobile users to either list or grid view, because some users want see the names of other poll participants directly and might not understand the possibility to toggle between list- and grid-view via Button.

Describe possible solutions

Sadly, I cannot give a technical proposal for a possible solution, but it could be placed under Configuration->Poll-Configuration.
