revisionHistory not working after NC v26

Describe the bug
files_versions switched to vue and removed the .downloadVersion class that is currently used to listen for an .on (click) event to open the version preview in richdocuments (NC Office)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. create Document
2. edit Document (multiple times to create Versions)
3. open revisionHistory
4. try to preview old version

Expected behavior
preview opens the clicked version in read only mode
