Steps to reproduce
1.enable external storage
2.enable google
3.enable External storage support for Google Drive
4.disable external storage
=> server 500 error
Expected behaviour
not a http 500 error, disable addons that rely on something above them when disabled
Actual behaviour
returns a 500 error instead of normal response
