There seems to be a problem with method declaration in the newest Circles App in Nextcloud 14.0.0 RC1: After installing and activating this app, the cloud page shows a white page only, and the desktop app can't connect to the server.

When scanning for externally modified files, it says:

PHP Fatal error: Class OCA\Circles\ShareByCircleProvider contains 1 abstract method and must therefore be declared abstract or implement the remaining methods (OCP\Share\IShareProvider::restore) in /var/www/nextcloud/apps/circles/lib/ShareByCircleProvider.php on line 64

This issue didn't occur in NC 14.0.0 Beta 4, but can be reproduced in NC 14.0.0 RC1.
