Daily builds: stable14 is missing #11175

Since master has increased to version 15, there is currently no daily build for NC14 (as far as I can see): https://download.nextcloud.com/server/daily/

Hence, I think it would be useful to add a build latest-stable14 to your daily CI builds.

GitMate.io thinks possibly related issues are #7145 (Build from source ), #6513 (Security missing .gitignore), #9880 (Missing private key), #3267 (Email template missing), and #2255 (Activity app broken on daily build for me).
